Cranberry and Orange Shortbread biscuits
I've just had one of these biscuits today and they are delicious! I sometimes find Shortbread can be a bit rich,but these biscuits have got the perfect balance of orange and cranberry. I would definitely recommend them and would be interested in trying some of the other flavours! They are much nicer than mass quality produced biscuits.
